About Me

Luke Gilligan is a college student studying Entrepreneurship at Grove City College. He strives to continue to grow and expand his current businesses while looking for ways to impact his society using the knowledge he is gaining through his current education. He has founded multiple companies including a non-profit called Huggable Happiness Corp, consulting company called Wool Enthusiast LLC, and is currently working on a new start-up called Resense. He is continually searching for ways to practice the skills that he is learning and is looking for internships and job opportunities that will allow him to do so.Here is my resume!

In 2016, I founded Huggable Happiness Corp. a nonprofit organization based in Fishers, Indiana. Under my leadership, Huggable Happiness worked with teenagers in the local community for the purpose of engaging and empowering teens to make a tangible difference in their community.We had the goal to benefit as many children in the local community, reduce poverty & hunger, and help aid those in third world countries. We accomplished this goal by practically teaching entrepreneurship to these teenagers through running charitable projects and businesses. We received many grants and our most notable projects were Cuddly Cubbies, Snack Pack Program, and Elementary & Middle School Workshops and Talks.

Wool Enthusiast LLC was a consulting company that I started for my Tech Editing services in the knitwear industry. I created a new modernized process for Tech Editing that is still in use today. Through effective marketing and networking, I built a large client base of over 250 clients and worked directly with Brand Managers, editors, and CEO’s.With Wool Enthusiast I also provided publication design consulting and worked as the Creative Director of many different small publications. Finally, I also designed mens knitwear for different yarn brands and fashion companies. I also was a speaker and teacher at Vogue Knitting Live, Knit & Escape, Floxsie, and on my own personal events.

I am the co-founder of Resense ™. Resense brings comfort and joy to those living with Alzheimer's and Dementia.Resense's primary product is the "Memory Box." It is a toolkit that includes multiple different products, targeting different senses which improve brain health, exercise their senses, and elicit long-lasting memories. This toolkit offers endless opportunities to engage in meaningful ways with your loved one!
